Upon contact, I will email you back within 48 hours. If I think that I can be of help to you, then I will offer you an initial assessment via Microsoft Teams (free of charge). This will give us the opportunity to discuss your difficulties, and your wants/needs from therapy.

From here, if we decide to go ahead, we will form an agreement and begin our work together. Currently, I only offer sessions remotely via Teams, on Thursdays or Fridays.

​Sessions are 1 hour, typically weekly or fortnightly, and cost £90 each. In addition, I will share useful self-help resources with you to supplement our work together.
